i stayed in a family room mountain view. the room was clean. the staff was mostly polite. there was a synka supermarket about fifteen minutes away by foot.

the drinks were awful. the bar area really needs an update with more comfortable seating! the ice cream was inedible and the freezer did not look hygienic to me. the evening entertainment needed some work but the singer sounded a lot like robbie williams

i received a spacious room in block 3 with a large balcony the view overlooked mountains and the sea the food was excellent with a wide variety the restaurant in block 3 felt new quieter and very clean. the mediterranean set menu in the rooftop restaurant was fantastic too. the staff provided friendly customer service and made the facilities great. we will return for another great stay.

the room was a family room, but it was far from other rooms booked for my family. the reception staff wasnt helpful at all, i felt inconvenienced whenever i asked questions. the staff told me the temperature in the rooms was set and couldnt be changed but that wasnt the case for all rooms.

We just left the hotel and i'm already missing it! we had a superior loft maisonette. It was perfect for our family of four, offering plenty of space. the sea view was gorgeous! the location is beachfront, and my children loved the pools.
